Since I have been away I have noticed a very irritating mole on my back, it has been itchy and uncomfortable for months, but going to the doctors whilst travelling is quite expensive, so I just sort of ignored it. However, since being in Australia, It has become painful, so out of curiosity I popped “itchy painful mole” in to Google, and as you can imagine, the results terrified me! So I forked out the dollar and made an appointment with the dermatologist. The doctor concluded that my mole did look irregular but probably fine as it only had one of the seven signs of skin cancer. She removed it anyway and sent it off for testing. Luckily it came back fine, I did turn out to be allergic to the plaster though, so had a square shaped rash on my back for a few weeks!

How are you all? Today’s post is focusing on getting over that hangover!
The #dryjan has been trending on twitter quite a lot during this past month, the campaign from Alcohol concern promotes an alcohol free January for you to save money, lose weight and detox from the booze consumed at Christmas and New Year. So on the first weekend of Feb I am guessing there are quite a few sore head out there! So here are some quick fix, hangover cures.
How is everyone? Tonight I made some very delicious, very addictive PB and Nutella bites. In our Melbourne apartment we do not have an oven, which is quite an issue as I love baking. All is not lost though, and I have found some yummy no bake recipes that I will share with you!
With my left over sweet potato from my Tuna Pesto Skins I made a delicious Quinoa salad which ate for lunch today. The recipe is very easy to follow and you can add any veg you like!
Last night I made the nicest Tuna and pesto potato skins. They are a perfect, easy to make, light meal to have at the end of the day. Here is the recipe I used, but you can add whatever veg you like!
Its a Sunny Bank holiday afternoon here in Melbourne and I have been cooking up a storm in the Kitchen with no bake, healthy goodies!
